There's no need spend extra money on cab, cos there's a free shuttle bus service (though they said it's for staff members, we can board it too) . But there's a scheduled timing :
Picking up from Tanah Merah MRT Station:

Leaving from NSRCC to Tanah Merah Mrt Stn:

How to get there:
After alighting at Tanah Merah MRT STN,
go down the escalator and turn LEFT.
Go up and you'll see a TAXI STAND.
Wait there patiently and you'll see a white bus
with the NSRCC logo on it and board it, yeah.
So if you are meeting as a group, please plan your time wisely to avoid missing the bus service. I'll be taking the 2.30pm bus cos I'll be setting the stations for the amazing race. Anyone who wants to go with me (Suxian), pls msg me. If you missed the timing or whatsoever, the cab fare is around $6++ (more $$ if its peak hour)

After alighting from the bus, find your way to the reception (very noticeable), then keep walking to the
left until you see the swimming pool. Go past the swimming pool and go to the
left road and you should see this:
